Main Purpose of the Job:

Manage all communication and documentation related to the management and execution of commercial and other relevant contracts; and assist in the review of commercial contracts and assist with the contractual needs of the business.

Experience:
• Corporate governance administration and risk mitigation.
• Need to have a logistics background and minimum BCOM or similar tertiary qualification.
• Legal experience in terms of customer contracts.
• International or Africa Cross border logistics experience.

Responsibilities:
• Administration and updating of customer agreements.
• Monitoring, renewal and SLA design and management.
