The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our most critical clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement. This role is pivotal in strengthening our client partnerships through exceptional service and by understanding and responding to client needs with precision and creativity. Extensive travel throughout South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business drivers
• Develop strategic account plans aimed at achieving client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Negotiate contracts and manage service agreements to ensure mutual benefits
• Lead problem resolution and manage client expectations effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with client needs
• An understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
