As an Intermediate Technical Postilion Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Postilion team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of card payment systems and driving software enhancements to meet client requirements. With a focus on uptime and adaptability, you will play a key role in maintaining production stability and implementing business enhancements. This dynamic role requires a blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to address production issues and support client-facing activities.
• Conduct day-to-day operations to ensure the uptime and stability of card payment systems
• Investigate and resolve production queries and issues promptly and effectively
• Install and test ACI patches to maintain system integrity and security
• Collaborate with clients to set up and test interfaces, documenting configuration changes for change control purposes
