DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Verifies if MRF is properly accomplished and the required documents necessary for justification are attached for requests not included in the department’s manning budget.
• Sources applicants through talent bank, referrals, ad respondents, walk-in applicants and government institutions.
• Conducts resume screening for HR Officer’s interview/assessment for regular positions, for Rank & File up to Staff/Tech level
• Conducts psychological examination to applicants.
• Assemble interview packets and coordinates with interviewer schedule of interviews and place calls to applicant references as assigned.
• Issues a list of requirements form to the selected applicant and have him/her submit all the requirements on or before the date of his/her hiring.
• Prepares Employee Information Sheet of newly-hired employees for payroll processing.
• Creates employee 201 file and submit information to Corporate HR Assistant for recording purposes.
