Position Summary:

Provides effective, consistent servant leadership to the Gordon Food Service (GFS) SCM Replenishment Supply Chain Team. Leads, builds and develops a team who leads the day to day inbound replenishment activities for Gordon Food Service Canada Distribution Centers. Responsible for managing all replenishment, vendor/item validation and maintenance processes, and drives continuous improvement for right sizing inventory for Canadian Distribution Supply Chain. Collaborates with suppliers and internal functional disciplines to ensure high levels of service (in stock %) to our customers as well as optimization of inventory and minimizing product loss.

Develops, implements best practices and continuous improvement projects resulting in greater efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for personnel hiring/development/succession planning for future needs, goal setting to drive higher performance, and monitoring/meeting budget requirements.
