Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator at Casman Ventures OPC located in Imus. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily operations and administrative tasks, organizing office operations, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The Office Administrator will also support the team by coordinating meetings and events, managing calendars, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Experience in office administration or related role is preferred
