• Answer online, on-site, and phone inquiries
• Welcome, register, and assist guests.
• Manage reservations and bookings
• Process check-in and check-out guests
• Prepare billing statements or invoice
• process payments, handle and
• Resolve guest complaints and handle issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaise and coordinate with housekeeping and restaurant.
• Manage sundry and inventories.
Qualifications
• College graduate, previous hospitality or customer relations experience would be advantageous.
• 1+ years of front office agent or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have flexible hours
• Competent with Microsoft Office, GSuites
• Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile financial transactions.
• Attentive to details, organized.
• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and Agoda. More Detail
