DOVES is one of the largest funeral directing companies in Southern Africa and a major role player in the progressive development of the funeral industry in this part of the world.

We are looking for a Business orientated and resilient individual to fill the role as an Operational Branch Manager

The core function: Assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the growth and performance of the branch, managing all expenditure and assets. In addition you will manage the branch staff and the entire funeral related operational activities at the branch

Requirements:
