Develop and maintain a client contact matrix with emphasis on key decision makers.

Develop and manage client visit schedule.

Liaise with customers on pricing issues.

Assist the Sales and Marketing Director with the preparation of annual budgets.

Assist the Sales and Marketing Director with obtaining accurate forecasting from the customers.

Actively seek new growth opportunities.

Liaise with internal sales department to ensure service levels are continually improved.

Send price notifications to the relevant customer representatives once prices have been determined by the Sales and Marketing Director.

Attend To Customer’s Sales Needs With Regards To

Understand customer’s needs.

Inform customers of company product range.

Liaise and assist customers with technical advice.

Manage client relationships.

Seek innovative methods to improve product range and the implementation thereof with the assistance of the applications engineering staff.
