We invite candidates to apply for the Manager Warranty & Maintenance position available in the Warranty & Maintenance Plans Department for our client in the Automotive Industry based in Kariega.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties:
• Strategic Financial Planning to ensure that the Fund can grow and to guarantee sufficient funds are available to meet the obligations of the Fund.
• Regularly assess adequacy of provisions in the fund to guarantee legally required annual pay-outs to Dealers (Regular risk assessment by model)
• Calculate and forecast provisions for potential “black swan” events.
• Develop new products to enhance the current offering and increase loyalty and part sales.
• Identify and implement new sales channels to sell more Maintenance/service Plans to maximise the sale of plans and to grow loyalty and part sales.
• Manage and maintain strict control over the Warranty & Maintenance Plans and Roadside Assistance expenditure.
