WHAT WILL YOU DO?

The Legal Counsel will collaborate closely with Managing Directors and Legal Account Managers. Reporting directly to one of the Managing Directors and the global general counsel, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for internal and external legal affairs, handle corporate housekeeping, manage training and education initiatives, drive business development, and oversee all activities related to a diverse client portfolio.

Main responsibilities:

Legal coordination
• Draft and review legal documentation (such as board- and shareholder's resolutions, loan agreements and other various contracts) for both internal and external parties;
• Responsible for the quality of our legal templates;
• Provide support to the legal team and support management;
• Ensure that appropriate processes, policies and procedures are in place to comply with regulatory requirements and group standards;
• Actively involved with various group projects.
