DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute the mandate of the Sales Director
• Lead and guide the agents on selling the projects
• Monitor the sellers of their day to day activity
• Keep track of how many clients would have in a day to day basis
• Ensure that his/her team will meet their monthly target.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES MANAGER:
• Preferably a licensed broker
• Handled sales team for 2 years
• Has an excellent sales skills
• Real Estate sales experience is a must
• College graduate.
