Job Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software, firmware, and electronic components including the Kanary software platform and IoT devices.

Collaborate with the development team to understand product designs and specifications.

Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and resolve defects.

Work with hardware and software tools to simulate and test product environments.

Analyze test data and report findings to the development team and management.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the field, including software, firmware, and testing tools.

Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
