• Capable of analyzing alternatives based on business and technical considerations
• Engages stakeholders effectively in the change process
• Develops and implements change management processes and tools
• Manages a change management team efficiently within established timelines and budgets

Supervision
• May work independently or under the guidance of a Program Director
• Provides leadership to business owners and reports project changes to the Project Manager
