KBR is providing Project Management Services encompassing Engineering, Procurement, phase execution supporting KBR’s client Sonangol’s multi-billion-dollar grass roots Lobito Refinery Project in Angola Africa. KBR’s Project Management Team is responsible for the overall management of the Owner’s EPC Contractor’s contract.

KBR is seeking a Logistics Manager to be the Project Management Company (PMC) representative. This role will be assigned to China based team for a short period of time to oversee the logistics plans by EPC Contractor then once the construction activities start in Angola, the Logistics Manager will be assigned to PMC Angola based team.
