Job Description:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our wood manufacturing operations. Your primary objectives will include:
• Operational Leadership: Directing and coordinating daily operations to ensure production efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery of orders.
• Team Management: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of production staff, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
