Purpose
• To ensure that Non-Standard Labour (Service Contractors/Providers and Labour Broker Employees), complete work according to Contracts, Scopes of Work or Service Level Agreements.
• To control and coordinate Line activities according to planned schedule.
• To quality assure that work is done to specification and completed as agreed.

Major Challenges
• Coordination of activities at various sites.
• On time availability of planned resources material and manpower.
• Coordination and control of adherence to scheduled sequence of activities.
