PURPOSE:

• To develop and implement a performance management strategy that opitmizes employee performance and ensures that individual performance objectives are aligned to Team, Functional and Organisational Objectives. Define and formulate a framework and methodology for performance management.

• Develop performance management policy and procedures that guide the formulation, implementation and measurement of performance targets with the business objectives.

• Implement performance management systems, processes, and procedures.

• Develop manager and leadership capacity in leading the performance management cycle and drive a high-performance culture across Exxaro.

• Collaborate with the reward team to enable drive, reward and recognise a high-performance culture in line with best practice as well as enabling other People and Performance processes.
