Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an After-sales Manager located in Stara Zagora. The After-sales Manager will oversee the customer service team and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective aftersales support. Additionally, the After-sales Manager will analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
