Looking for a Barman. This involves manning the bar and providing guests and waiters with beverages.
• Serving of beverages to guests in line with the brand Standards of Excellence.
• Carrying out assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Ensuring that the guest and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Correct use and maintenance of equipment.
• Communication with front of house staff and management

Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in a barman position
• Experience in a busy restaurant / bar
• Good English reading, writing and speaking ability
• Excellent bar service skills
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails and all other beverages
• Stock control procedures
• Excellent presentation and people skills
• The ability to work as an individual and as a team
• The ability to communicate with guests of all races and languages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
