Lyra Health are recruiting a Global Account Consultant, to assist with the Customer Success Department for Lyra International. Reporting to the Workplace Mental Health Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s period of growth and change and be a role model for the expected behaviours and attitudes.

Key Responsibilities

This role provides support to the Lyra Customer through serving as the global subject matter expert for a portfolio of Lyra contracted customers, primarily US based. The role requires effective remote management with key customer contacts, partners & providers globally. The objective of the role to ensure customer retention by working collaboratively with the Lyra Customer Success Manager to provide a high-quality customer experience. Additional responsibilities in risk management, growth of the portfolio, administration, and financial management of allocated accounts.
