To ensure delivery of quality service after reviewing specific tasks to our internal and external clients

Overview:

Education and experience required
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Post Graduate qualification required
• Minimum 3-5 years’ industry related experience
• Working knowledge of Alex, Khanya, Compass, Bytes/ Bytes/ Solvem system experience is an advantage
• Computer literate (outlook, excel (intermediate level), word (basic level), PowerPoint (intermediate level), Microsoft teams (intermediate level), Power BI
• Data Analysis qualification/ experience is required

Knowledge and skills
• Strong client servicing skills, persuasive techniques and is keen and experienced in client servicing standards
• Strong analytical skills
