Join our SupportYourApp team as a Customer Support Consultant and provide high-level quality support for famous IT-companies from all over the world.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via calls and emails;
• Going through the database of customers to see if they are interested in client’s services and directing them to the client’s sales department;
• Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base;
• Ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
• Communicating with developers from various IT-companies.

Requirements
• Advanced Italian and English B2;
• Analytical & Research Skills;
• Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
