Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Team

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: May 2024

Schedule: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:
• Receive and handle inbound customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and appropriate responses to customer inquiries and issues
• Utilize information technology, PCs, and databases to access customer information and resolve queries
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Meet or exceed assigned metrics and goals, such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
