Position Title: IT Support

Salary Grade: 13,000 - 15,000 Peso / month

Reports To: Sr. NOC Engineer

Primary Relationships: Internal

Date: April 2024

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:
• Responding to support requests from desktop and client staff in a timely manner.
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Installing and configuring software applications and updating them as needed.
• Setting up new desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals and configuring them.
• Providing user training and support to ensure efficient use of hardware, software and systems.
• Managing user accounts, including creating, modifying and deleting accounts and managing permissions and access controls.
• Maintaining an inventory of hardware and software used by desktop and client staff, including updates and license agreements.
