As a Junior IT Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supporting our organization's IT infrastructure and assisting with technical projects. Responsibilities
• Facilitate communication between IT support providers and internal users
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and upkeep of IT equipment
• Organize data for ERP systems across business units
• Provide tech support to staff, including troubleshooting OS, apps, and network issues
• Support user access management for new hires, departures, and system changes.

Knowledge & Experience
• Comfortable and well adapted to technology
• Experience with Excel
