This role will be focused on managing the day to day office administration for the organisation. With part time or full time hours and an immediate start available, this is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well known, locally owned business in Wanaka.
About The Role
Working alongside the general manager, this busy and varied role will see you overseeing a range of daily administration tasks within the organisation. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
• Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Customer service, over the phone, and in person
• Front of house and reception duties
• Keeping on top of the email inbox
• Pricing and quoting
• Data entry
• Time sheet management
