About The Role

This role will be focused on managing the customer service department of the Timaru branch. Reporting directly to the national sales manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing the performance of the customer service team. Some of your main duties will include:
• Taking job briefs and assigning the correct jobs to team members
• Working alongside the operations and production teams to ensure project lead times are being met
• Answering calls and responding to email queries from customers
• Taking orders from customers and assigning them to the correct branches and departments for production
