Job Duties
• Reduce electrical engineering down time
• Improve electrical energy saving.
• Execute approved CapEx related to electrical engineering
• Maintain HSE compliance rate more than 90%, No labor law violation, Zero incident related electrical shock
• Achieve electrical energy 16 kWh/KPC
• Reduce rejection by 10% at of auto stripper
• Improve glove layering of stacking machine

Requirements
• Bachelor of engineering degree in the field of Electrical, engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in similar capacity
• Ability in innovation
• Strong customer orientation, tact and tenacity
• Results orientated approach
• Demonstrated initiative and independence (self-starter)
• Lateral thinking ability and drive for innovation
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people
• Team Work
• Software (AutoCAD, Pspice, MS) More Detail
