We're seeking a Psychometrist to oversee every facet of the psychometrics assessment processExperience and Qualification Honours degree in psychology or industrial psychology Registered psychometrist - Independent practice with HPCSA Accreditations on the following assessments essential:): EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence): Accreditations on the following assessments desirable: 16PF & LPCAT VTS 2-5 years working experience as a psychometrist within a corporate environment. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels. Strong report writing skills. Ability to work with others. Ability to critically evaluate information.KPIs Administering and coordinating psychometric assessment for selection and development purposes, including candidate booking, assessment administration, scoring, assessment interpretation and report writing.
