Responsibilities
• Develop strategic operational plan for overall business to increase sales, subscriber revenue and market share in the district.
• Overall responsibility to ensure customer life cycle management, loyalty, retention and operational excellence in the district.
• Drive operational focus on sales, service delivery, quality and ensure brand presence and awareness in the assigned market.
• Organize promotional activities and drive sales by adhering to overall internal business processes.
• Provide strategic business road map to implement strong sales framework towards reach competitive position in the market.
• Be able to train staff to achieve the assigned KPIs according to the business plan.

Qualifications
• The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing.
