A well established and renowned industry leader within the steel manufacturing industry requires the services of a qualified and experienced (minimum of 5 years as a qualified artisan) conventional boring mill operator to join their team
Skills & Experience:
Trade qualified TURNER // BORER or equivalent required
Require experience with machine setups, fixturing, tooling setups, and operation.
5 years Working knowledge of conventional and or CNC Boring Mill.
Experience in HEIDENHEIN and FANUC controls would be a benefit
Be able to work autonomously / independently
Be willing to work overtime
Own transport a necessity
Available Immediately
Relocate West Coast
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to problem solve machining issues to achieve efficient production outcomes.
Operate mills to perform a series of machining operations.
Operate machine with automatic positioning controls.
