Anglo Printers invite applicants for the role of Full-time Receptionist and Office Administrator Role based at our facility in Drogheda, Co. Louth. Our print factory is a busy working environment, and the role will be front of house, welcoming clients and suppliers, answering phones and emails, and assisting with all aspects of Office Administration. This role will suit someone who is proactive, articulate, and an enthusiastic person. The successful candidate will be required to report in to the Office Manager, while assisting the Estimating Department in preparing Job Tickets, and updating information on same as required. The ability to work on your own initiative and produce accurate information is key. Previous experience as a Receptionist or Office administrator would be beneficial. This role requires coming into the office full-time, and being able to use Outlook, Word, Excel at a high level.
