TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING)

Location Base: South Down Area (Northern Ireland)

Hours: 31 Hours per week (flexible)

Salary Range: £23,142 - £24,377

Starting Salary: £19,130.72

Duration: Fixed Term until September 2026.

Closing date: 12 noon,15/05/2024

Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Down area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.

What We Ask For From You
• Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
• Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity.
