An exciting opportunity exists for an Account Manager to join our team.

The main purpose of the job will be to maintain an excellent client relationship, whilst delivering and maintaining high quality technology solutions, with the purpose of adding value to optimization processes and continuously identify improvement opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining technology systems on mining sites
• Addressing maintenance and troubleshotting 3rd party issues
• Analysing production reports and executing productivity support initiatives in partnership with managers
• Lead and participate in engagement with clients
• Coaching and mentoring

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Qualified in the electrical or mechanical field
• Flameproof and gas testing certificate
• Basic understanding of Wi-Fi networks
• Computer literate with the ability to write reports and manipulate data in MS Excel
