Front Office Manager

Drakensberg Golf & Spa Resort
• In full control of the Front Office Department of the Golf Resort
• 4 -5 years Hotel F/O Management experience required
• Willing to train staff on a regular basis, and to attend training sessions, when required
• Understanding of, and able to manage reservations remotely
• APEX - excellent knowledge is a winning skill
• Understanding of Market segments and room rates
• Excellent understanding of and able to manage room allocations, blocks and large volumes including groups
• Daily management of guest / company accounts
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills and focussed on guest satisfaction and service
• Willing to work varied shifts
• Good relationships with management, and able to liaise with other departments

Gross Salary R22000 (for an experienced FOM, NOT a first timer)

Monthly bonus R1000, based on performance

Cost to staff member direct per month:

Accom rental (R1100) + 2 meals per day (R1100)
