For the customer service representative position, you will be working with a group to effectively solve customer issues and manage a whole e-commerce store based out of NJ, USA.

Responsibilities
• Manage orders on Shopify and communicate with other members of the company
• Reply to emails/chats through a dedicated software
• Listen to inbound calls from customers
• Keep track of sensitive and time-critical orders to maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• An American accent is preferred
• Must be strong in basic mathematical calculations (calculating discounts and taxes during operations)
• Must be able to write chat messages and emails in a professional manner
• Basic knowledge of international shipping is preferred

Salary Package / Timings
• PKR 80,000 - 100,000
• 5 PM - 3 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) Monday - Friday
• Saturdays and Sundays are off
