The Role
• Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure software, hardware, settings, hosting directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
• Create, change, and delete DNS/hosting/mail accounts per request
• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps
• Develop, maintain and monitor web servers broadcasting an Internet domain
• Monitoring and maintaining the DNS, Hosting and Email servers
