Reporting Manager – Country Director
• The Assistant IT Manager provides technical and operational support to ensure the availability and performance of key IT systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
• Provide Help Desk and technical support to computer users
• Troubleshoot IT problems and diagnose system failures
• Ad-hoc IT and Operational activities as required by management.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Manage user permissions, accounts, and access rights
• Perform regular system monitoring, testing, tuning, backups, and maintenance
• Maintain inventory of technology equipment, licenses, and service contracts
• Identify and recommend improvements for IT operations and infrastructure
