I am looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Supervisor to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering Team near Banbury on days Monday - Friday. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to utilise their engineering and supervisory skills. This role would suit someone ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career.

The package details for the role of Maintenance Supervisor include:
• Salary up to £58,000 depending on experience.
• 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday days
• Pension is 3% paid via salary sacrifice, saving you tax and NI contributions.
• Annual Salary Reviews - an annual pay review is conducted every January.
• Holiday - 23 days plus bank holidays, rising to 25 plus bank holidays after 5 years’ service.
