Crest Nicholson's South Division have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Land Manager to join the team. This Candidate will support our Land Director in managing all land acquisition and applications as part of the Development strategy for the Division.

The trademark Crest Nicholson developments are often exceptional quality in design and master-planning, on average between 40-250 unit multi-phase sites with a combination of core house types along with bespoke features.

The successful candidate will lead on the identification, initial research and appraisals of new sites, with a focus on negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and Agents.
