A new opportunity for a Technical Manager role has arisen in Crest Nicholson's South West division. This position will be on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.

As Technical Manager part of your responsibility will be to make a profit by acquiring land and planning, designing, constructing and selling dwellings thereon, all in accordance with the operating policies and controls of the Company plc.

Key Responsibilities:
• To assist and co-operate with the Land Department in the investigation and acquisition of development sites:
