About Role: BURN is looking for a Technology Engineer to join the Operations Excellence Team to work on New Process Development and Global Expansion Projects and to help set Engineering Standards for the Operations Department. The individual will be tasked with designing and maintaining Factory Layouts across all of Burn’s Global facilities. They will also be tasked with research, and developing new material handling methodologies, technologies, and systems to eliminate wastes, and to improve the safety, quality, cost, and efficiency of the material handling processes throughout the value stream. Duties and Responsibilities: Work as part of a team in new process development projects: Initiation, scoping, concept validation, risk assessment and ROI for the new process.
