Job Description

Responsible for partnering with our Site’s Operations in offering HR Services like Discipline, Engagement, Performance Management and Organizational Development. Put simply, this Employee should be an experienced human resource professional who works directly with stakeholders to be instrumental in developing HR Initiatives that supports an organization’s growth, performance, and objectives. Ultimately, they align an organization’s ‘people strategy’ with their ‘business strategy’.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of HR Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management
• Experience in implementing and communicating employee benefits
• Ability to manage personnel files and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to support an organization's diversity and inclusion strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
