Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Shift Manager in Bacolod, Batangas or Legazpi Site. The Shift Manager will be working hand in hand with Site Manager to operate the site effectively by the company’s vision and mission and also to improve organization effectiveness by showing exemplary leadership and maintaining the organization’s core values

Qualifications
• 2 yrs as an OM / 5 yrs for assistant manager
• Experience in project management
• Mandatory minimum 80 or 100 head count handled
• With excellent written and oral communication skills
• Has knowledge about google suite / google workplace and MS office
• Having an experience in six sigma and RCM is a plus More Detail
