The resource, reporting directly to the General Management, will be responsible for managing all the accounting and management control. In particular, he will have to collaborate closely with all corporate functions on key issues in relation to the management of financial, accounting and tax operations.

In compliance with the policies and deadlines established by the Company, he will have the following responsibilities:
• Administrative and financial management of the Company;
• Preparation (with the support of the company's consultants) of the statutory financial statements of the company and of the half-yearly financial statements;
• Management of the relations with financial institutions, search for financing opportunities to support corporate investments and financing structuring;
• Preparation of the budget, forecasts and business plan;
• Periodic formulation of the forecast, analysis of the deviations between Actual and Budget (Economic Result vs target);
