The position

This position is within Novo Nordisk’s Injectable Finished Production (IFP) factory in Hillerød. Here, we use a broad array of Lean tools and practices.

We also stylize it as cLEAN®, where the c stands for current and reflects the need to constantly adapt and evolve in a cGMP environment.

One tool that supports our site strategy is the Hoshin Kanri, which we use to cascade from global breakthrough targets down to weekly shop floor KPIs.

In this role, you will own our site Hoshin Kanri, as well as the process for building it with stakeholder engagement. This will include developing the annual calendar of reflecting on past performance and must-win battles, setting annual objectives, and building plans for the upcoming year.

You will own the vision & strategy and work closely with experienced cLEAN® partners & stakeholders in the organization to make it happen.
