Main Tasks:
• Lead and Guide the team to implement best-in-class, proactive equipment maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability and maintainability to reduce downtime and meet pre-set targets.
• Lead / Guide the team to evolve predictive systems /approach to identify the root cause of failure and formulate steps for improvement of MTBF and MTTR thereby increasing the availability of equipment’s.
• Guide team to conduct RCA for the Mechanical breakdowns in the equipment’s and ensure implementation of the Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Guide team and accountable for AMC service providers for the equipment’s and ensure completion of the scheduled task.
• Coach and guide the Maintenance technicians on the mechanical concept of the plant equipment’s.
• Monitor, Analyse and share recommendations for managing the expense budget (R&M and Power) and monitor the performance to stay in sync with the projected plan through development of local source (Import substitution) for... More Detail
