Basic Purpose:
• To oversee Operations with respect daily Productivity of slurry as per the Derived and stipulated norms of Manufacturing without any compromise in Safety and quality of the product.
• To plan, Ensure and oversee Production targets are completed as per the plan in shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Efficient handling of slurry preparation activities by astute allocation of manpower based on priority and requirement.
• With a rapt attention, synchronization and effectual time management reduce the throughput time of slurry preparation and Synergy with Maintenance department warranting availability of production machineries towards attaining improved On Service Factor (OSF).
• Devise, put into practice and hold fast to Quality Management Systems like IATF, ISO14001, and OHSAS 18001 & 5 STAR requirements of Hyundai leading to Customer Satisfaction and delight.
