HR Manager is one of the members of Executive Management who develops the DNA of the company's work culture and supports the business direction through staffing. The incumbent is to develop and deliver people management strategies that support overall strategic aims and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
• In consultation with Executive Management, prepare and implement the annual HR Plan to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Board.
• Make recommendations on a cost-effective management development program to support the Senior management regarding strategies including training.
• Participate in the selection of staff, as appropriate. Including managing recruitment consultants and in-house recruitment drives.
